Week 3
As a textiles student the process of working with a muse was very new to me, so i was interested to learn for the fashion students in my group as to the importance ad effectiveness that a solid muse can have on the design process. We had all collected a variety of photographic media that we thought related to our motocross/mechanical theme, I had collected images of hench men covered in tattoos with big beards and greasy clothes, while some of the others in my group where looking towards the vintage look, greased back hair and leather jackets, we decided to clash these two ideas together, as this would give us a more in depth and characteristic muse to work from.
- Lad in his mid 20's, father was a world class motocross rider, grown up with bikes all his life, rough and ready with style aspirations that come from the era of his father. Recently moved the city but doesn't want to loose his roots and style, clashes contemporary wear with vintage motocross fashion.
